  5. Focus on customer service: Providing excellent customer service can help differentiate your business and encourage customer loyalty. This can lead to repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals. This can be even more valuable than your expertise in your field.


Ultimately, the best growth strategy is looking at your top customer and evaluating the revenue numbers in your business. It may be helpful to try a combination of these strategies and see what works best for your business, but start with the proven numbers.  Who have you already capitalized on closing deals with, how much did they spend, and were you able to retain them?  Start there to grow your online based business.
